With academic foundations in Law from Brazil and a degree in Business Law from the United Kingdom, she provides expert guidance to a diverse clientele seeking to regulate their stay in the UK.
She is dedicated to ensuring clients receive personalised, efficient, and accurate immigration advice, navigating complex legal frameworks with excellence and integrity. Her approach is grounded in ethical practice, continuous learning, and proactive adaptation to legal trends.
Ms Temi Babatunde – Partner; COO
Senior Immigration Consultant
Temi Babatunde is an IAA Level 3 accredited Immigration Law Senior Consultant and Supervisor in the UK with over 10 years of experience. As a new Partner of STAY UK, she helps individuals reunite with their families, obtain work permits, and seek refuge in the UK.
One of her biggest wins was securing asylum for a minor escaping the Mexican Cartel. She also represents clients at first-tier tribunal hearings, living her motto: “Where there is a will, there is a way.”
